One on One Learning is an asset to our school’s success for a strong tier 2 and tier 3 foundation. The relationship between Mill Creek and One on One Learning is an important one. From the first FAST ELA progress monitoring to the second FAST ELA progress monitoring, third grade’s proficiency score increased from 10% to 27%! The support given to fifth grade also produced notable growth! From the first to second FAST ELA assessment, fifth grade went from 11% to 28% proficient.

According to the STAR Reading assessment 72% of the students One on One Learning worked with met their growth goal for the year at the midway point. Having knowledgeable tutors who know how to build relationships, and engage struggling readers has been a huge support.

Throughout the course of the school year, One on One Learning accommodated the needs of PCA which in turn helped the students receive dependable tutoring services throughout the year.
